The Military Family Readiness System provides free services through Military OneSource and installation family centers for geographically dispersed military families. Non-military community organizations that support military families are also considered a part of the Military Family Readiness System.

Installation family centers from each branch of service offer a wide range of support, tools assistance for military families. Family center team members are trained professionals who understand the challenges associated with mobile military life and are prepared to assist you in finding the answers you need.

Employment Readiness Programs
Each branch of service is committed to supporting its spouses in their career goals. Connecting with your installation's spouse employment assistance program will introduce you to new, professional contacts and help you develop or expand your local network. Army Employment Readiness Program offers employment services to military spouses, active-duty military, active reserves National Guard, wounded warriors, retirees, Department of Defense civilians and all family members.
Marine Corps Family Member Employment Assistance provides employment-related referral services, career and skill assessments, career coaching, job search guidance, portable career opportunities, and education center referrals and guidance.
Navy Family Employment Readiness Program provides free consultations, programs services to help families in the job search process.
Air Force Spouse Employment offers services to help spouses meet the challenges they face in training for and finding suitable positions and, as they relocate, continuing and progressing in their chosen career fields.
The SECO program is available 24/7 through the MySECO website to provide education and career guidance to military spouses worldwide, offering comprehensive resources and tools for all stages of career progression.
