The Family Readiness System provides free services through Military OneSource, installation family centers and Joint Services Support for geographically dispersed military families. Non-military community organizations that support military families are also considered a part of the Family Readiness System.

Find the family center at the installation closest to you by using MilitaryINSTALLATIONS to search by installation, state or program. Enter 'Family Center' under the Programs drop-down menu and your installation or postal code to find a point of contact to advise you on issues related to military life.

Army Employment Readiness Program offers employment services to military spouses, active-duty military, active reserves
Marine Corps Family Member Employment Assistance provides employment-related referral services, career and skill assessments, career coaching, job search guidance, portable career opportunities, and education center referrals and guidance.
Navy Family Readiness Employment Program provides free consultations, programs
Air Force Spouse Employment offers services to help spouses meet the challenges they face in training for and finding suitable positions and, as they relocate, continuing and progressing in their chosen career fields.
