The USAJOBS Pathways for Students & Recent Graduates to Federal Careers, or more commonly referred to as the Pathways Programs, is broken into three categories.
The Internship Program is for current students who want to gain exposure to federal careers while completing their education.
The Recent Graduates Program is for students who have completed a degree within the past two years and are looking for development opportunities.
The Presidential Management Fellows, or PMF, Program is a leadership development program for students who are completing or have recently completed an advanced degree - either a professional or graduate degree such as a master's, Ph.D. or J.D.
If you want a career in the federal workforce and you qualify for the USAJOBS Pathways Programs, this program may be right for you. You can research and apply for Internship and Recent Graduates job opportunities.
