As part of Peterson’s Online Basic Skills Courses, the College Placement Skills Training course can help you build your math and verbal skills. These online lessons will assess your current level of reading comprehension, vocabulary and math abilities. You can also learn the concepts and skills required to increase your proficiency in each of these academic areas. The skills you learn can help prepare you for college and every stage of your career.
Start by taking subject pretests to identify your strengths and weaknesses in English, writing and math. Once you’ve completed the pretest, you’ll get a customized learning path based on your results.
Learn at your own pace as you complete a variety of interactive exercises, including drag and drop matching, video game-style multiple choice and flash cards. Take quizzes and practice tests as you complete the lessons to show you how well you are mastering the materials and which concepts and skills you should practice.
