Locked DS Logon Accounts

DS Logon authentication, which allows access to MySECO and MyCAA accounts, may be unavailable to some military spouses. If your account is locked, contact the DMDC Customer Contact Center at 1-800-538-5916 to verify your identity.

Eligible military spouses requiring immediate career or education services may contact a Spouse Education and Career Opportunities career coach Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. EDT and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. EDT at 800-342-9647. Resources are also available online at MySECO (https://myseco.militaryonesource.mil/portal/) 24 hours a day and seven days a week.
