The DS Logon is required to access MySECO and is the same process you use to access other online services like TRICARE, for example.

You can get help with your DS Logon account in the following ways:

HOW DO I EXTEND MY SESSION?

Department of Defense regulations require that a MySECO user's session expire after 15 minutes of inactivity or idle time. In other words, if you remain on MySECO for 15 minutes without clicking from screen to screen or performing another action such as searching for content, your session will expire, and you will automatically be logged out. This can be frustrating, especially if you are focused on your work and lose track of time. One option to avoid being timed out of your session is to click from page to page in MySECO, refresh your page in your web browser or perform a search before the 15-minute time period expires. This can help extend your session.
